When you use glob to check out files in an other dir, it returs the filename without the first char of the dir... let me give you an example:

<?
  foreach (glob("data/*.txt") as $filename) {
    echo $filename."<br>";
  }
?>

Returns:

ata/file1.txt
ata/file2.txt

Instead of:

data/file1.txt
data/file2.txt
