Excuse me, I couldn't find where I can ask my question (FAQ)

I want to load the dynamic library supporting oracle database access (I'm using Command Line Interface).
Where I can find the library, and implement to the installed PHP. 

I expect to have in php.ini somethnig like this:
extension=oracle.so
