If I launch a .php file under Windows98, with Apache 1.3.9, I get the following Windows-error [translated from Dutch]

This happens on 2 different PC's, both running the same os, one with Apache 1.3.6 [win32] and one with Apache 1.3.9 [win32]

.dll's are in the /Windows/System directory. But, first I didn't had the php.ini file in /Windows, and then I got a global PHP-error, saying something about unable to open ini-file..

PHP caused an exception c0000026H in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0177:bff88510.

There was a little error in the .ini file, that was my fault also..
