When I compile PHP4b2 and try to install it into Apache 1.3.6, I get an error message that states there is a unknown reference to SEPARATE_ZVAL. I noticed this is a new macro in PHP4, and couldn't find it in any of the header files. So I cannot install the module to Apache until that macro is found somewhere.
