This bug also happened with the PHP 4 beta 1 version.
I have Win98 and I use Xitami WEB server. It works perfectly with PHP version 
PHP 3.011. I copy the .DLL from c:\php to c:\windows\system and this bug 
still exist. 
PS. I use Netscape WEB browser.
