This is just a reminder for me to extend the bug system to be able to default to a category (and also add some default for other fields) in case some direct request comes in.

And also two shortcuts would be nice to add to php.net

  php.net/docbug and php.net/wsbug

to open new docbugs and website bugs.

These are just to use in replys to mails and not advertised for the public, as they are not generally useful for the public.
