I know this has been listed before, but not with my os.

httpd: module "/usr/src/build/144344-i386/BUILD/php-4.2.2/sapi/apache2filter/sapi_apache2.c" is not compatible with this version of Apache (found 20020628, need 20020903).

I installed 4.3.0-dev yestererday, yet the problem persists. Where is that file being called from? I have the latest versions of Apache2 and php... don't I?

Sorry, but your problem does not imply a bug in PHP itself. For a
list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PHP, please
visit http://www.php.net/support.php as this bug system is not the
appropriate forum for asking support questions.

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

The php library generated for Apache 2 needs to be copied manually to /usr/local/srv/www/libexec/libphp4.so from sapi/apache2filter/. Because you have not done so, Apache is still trying to load the old PHP.
