Please could you add a feature that auto configures IIS 6.0 as neither the current IIS 4.0 and above auto config or manual configuration work.

PHP does not work (either in cgi or isapi mode) unless you specifically set up php as a web service.

Even with that, there's something impeding shell_exec() functions.

If you can tell us the extra sequence of steps you need to 
take to manually configure for IIS6 we can add those to 
the instructions. 
 
If you can tell us which items in the IIS metabase we need 
to edit, we can add those to the installer software.

From php 4.3.4 the windows installer distribution now runs 
iisext to add php as a web service extension, when 
installing on IIS 6.
