 if ( ereg($arr[$iCnt],$_POST['txtPassword']) ) {

^ this line would crash apache 1.3.26 repeatedly. The code did not change since 4.2.1. Nothing else changed between 4.2.1 and upgrade to 4.2.3.

The values in $arr[$iCnt] and $_POST['txtPassword'] were as expected.
