When i set several cookies,only the last works.
For example:
echo $_COOKIE['first'];
echo $_COOKIE['second'];
After I refresh the page,it only print "value2" but not "value1value2".

This is a known bug.  Use the cvs versions of both Apache2 and PHP and you will find it works fine.
