I downloaded the latest howto.html.tar.gz from http://cvs.php.net/ and cannot unarchive it.  When I go to unarchive the tar file I get the message 'error reading header after processing 0 entries'.  I had a look at previous versions of the document and get the same message.

This is using winzip which is supposed to handle tar and gzip archives, and is almost standard for windows.

Works flawlessly for me with winace & winrar, so this is not a problem of the tgz, but of winzip ;-P
