Failed opening '/apache/htdocs/info.php' for inclusion (include_path='e:\php\includes') in Unknown on line 0

Been running on 4.2.1 with Apache 1.3.24 without a hitch.
Due to CERT security advisory, reinstalled with the latest
php 4.2.2 with Apache 1.3.26.

Now all my php files failed to run. Just keep getting the above message. What can be wrong?
