When i go to shut down or restart me computer i always get a message that says: This program (php) needs to be shut down before you can turn of you computer. Ok to shutdown or cancle to continue running Windows. If I hit OK the php has stopped responding window opens and i have to use end task to stop it. How can i get my computer to shutdown/restart peacefully?
