When i try to use PHP 4.2.1 as an ISAPI filter, the load of the DLL failed with the following error in the event log
:
The HTTP Filter DLL E:\app\php421\sapi\php4isapi.dll failed to load.  The data
is the error. Data : 7e 00 00 00.
