exif_read_data() timeouts, reading tiff headers, when files are saved with Adobe Photoshop 7.0 (MAC OSX). JPEG headers are fine.

Resulting in two warnings:
1. read_exif_data(): Error in TIFF: Illegal format, suppose bytes

2. read_exif_data(): Illegal format code in IFD: 0x000D

This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a documentation 
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites.

Timeout was fixed by changing array of (s)byte conversions
to stringl.
