I'm using fsockopen on an url.
$File is FALSE but errno is 0 and errstr empty
Do I forget anything in my php configuration file?
Best regards

$File = fsockopen("toto",8080,&$errno , &$errstr ,$timeout=50);
  $Buffer = "";
    $Buffer="$errstr ($errno)";
    echo $Buffer;
