 It would be helpful a pdf function that lets you read a 
pdf document and export single pages as jpeg images.

It would also be nice to have a PHP function that only works on Windows and formats your hd and installs Linux.

Seriously, AFAIK there's no library that does that pdf-thingy, so don't expect PHP to get this functionality...
