I use apache2.0.39. ^_^
While I set Safe_mode to Off, php seems work well.
But I set Safe_mode to On, php return a blank page!
See in apache's error_log file, I found:
------------------------------------------------------
PHP Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script
whose uid/gid is -1/-1 is not allowed to access
/mypage/test.php owned by uid/gid 60001/60001 in Unknown
on line 0
PHP Warning: Failed opening '/mypage/test.php' for inclusion
(include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in Unknown on line 0
-------------------------------------------------------
I run apache by uid/gid nobody/nobody(60001/60001),and set
/mypage/test.php owner/group to nobody/nobody. I can't find
the way from faq page. So I post this report.

Sorry, but the bug system is not the appropriate forum for asking
support questions. Your problem does not imply a bug in PHP itself.
For a list of more appropriate places to ask for help using PHP,
please visit http://www.php.net/support.php

Thank you for your interest in PHP.

This bug has been fixed in CVS. You can grab a snapshot of the
CVS version at http://snaps.php.net/. In case this was a documentation
problem, the fix will show up soon at http://www.php.net/manual/.
In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites.
Thank you for the report, and for helping us make PHP better.

Oops :) Meant to say that this was fixing in CVS (try the NON stable snapshot from snaps.php.net).
