         Apache/1.3.23 (Unix) PHP/4.1.2 

do.php              owner:fileowner
          When program over.that directory already maked but it's mode is 0411 not 0755.and owner isn't fileowner.
it's owner is otherowner!

          please tell me this question is about system user administator or php administrator?
          and when i make file in directory.use chown($filename,'fileowner').but when page run over . file owner can't change ! why?
