when using a simple html FORM and input like:
<input type=checkbox name=myname>
<input type=checkbox name=myname2>

and then reading/using the value("on"/"") at the server side in PHP Var , after checking BOTH Checkboxes
when we print :

print $myname;
print $myname2;

we get:

on
o
(missing the "n" at the last variable from the input name)

any idea ?
