Ran phpize on the openssl extension sources to produce configure file for self contained extension.

The configure seems to have no explicit option for specifying the openssl directory (./configure --help)

It seems to accept the value from an environment variable $OPENSSL_DIR instead.

Steps followed..

1) phpize

2) ./configure \
    --prefix=/opt/hpapache2/php/lib/php/extensions \
    --with-phpconfig=/php/pear/scripts/php-config
3) make

Errors:

cpp: "openssl.c", line 35: error 4036: Can't open include file 'openssl/evp.h'.
cpp: "openssl.c", line 36: error 4036: Can't open include file 'openssl/x509.h'.
cpp: "openssl.c", line 37: error 4036: Can't open include file 'openssl/x509v3.h'.
cpp: "openssl.c", line 38: error 4036: Can't open include file 'openssl/crypto.h'.
cpp: "openssl.c", line 39: error 4036: Can't open include file 'openssl/pem.h'.
cpp: "openssl.c", line 40: error 4036: Can't open include file 'openssl/err.h'.

This should be fixed in the CVS. Please test this
snapshot. Remember to first do 'make install' to
get the fixed phpize installed!
