On slackware 8.0 (Apache 2.0.36, upgraded from 1.3.20, where it worked fine), installed the module, it went fine, into src/modules.. made a .so, loaded it, and:
Syntax error on line 1023 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf:
Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/mod_php4.so into server: /usr/local/apache
/libexec/mod_php4.so: undefined symbol: sapi_globals
root@server:/usr/local/apache/src#

I've tried re-downloading, compiling and make'ing PHP..
