Apache 2 support is still experimental, as you could read from www.php.net/release_4_2_0.php and I changed the category to "Documentation Problem".

Am marking this as apache2 related as the doc team does not have access to install.txt and it's apache2 related. Please see:

http://www.php.net/manual/en/install.apache2.php

index.txt is now updated, the related diff can be seen here:

http://cvs.php.net/diff.php/php4/win32/install.txt?r1=1.16&r2=1.17

This will make it into PHP 4.3.0, thanks for the report!
