When connecting to a postgresql server netscape reports "document contains no data", msie reports "unknown response from server". appears with php-3.0.11 with pg 6.4.2 and pg 6.3.2
The same script worked and works with php-3.0.7

This has been fixed already

$ cd php-3.0.11/functions
$ wget -O pgsql.c http://cvs.php.net/cvsweb.cgi/functions/pgsql.c?rev=1.87

Recompile
