In the 4.1.0 ChangeLog, we have this:

"Added support for single dimensional SafeArrays and Enumerations. Added an is_enum() function to check if a component implements an enumeration. (Alan, Harald)"

This should be removed and replaced with information from here:

http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=php-dev&m=100868083824886&w=2

This can cause problems with people upgrading, etc, or spending lost hours searching for documentation.
