I have read a lot about this bug around all the bug, but noone of the solutions given
have soved the problem in my case. That makes me thing the bug remains.

I copied some of the next text from another user whon I agree with.

After uncommenting the "extension=php_interbase.dll" line in php.ini,
php shows the following error in a dialog box:

    Unable to load dynamic library

This happens:

  - To php_interbase.dll but not with php_imap.dll and others.

  - No matter PHP is running as CGI or ISAPI module

  - A user (
has reported success by putting PHP_INTERBASE.DLL in the SYSTEM32
folder. But I haven't.

  - Another user ( has reported success too by
copying all the DLLs from the \php\dlls directory to c:\winnt\system32. But again I

  - I've seen it happen in two computers: two of them running Win2000
Server and the other two running Win NT.

What is strange about this bug is that I've installed PHP with this
module in my computer once in the past and it worked...

This bug has compromised the use of PHP in one of my company's project.(in my case
I have several webs that have stopped working) I am really worry about it.

Thanks in advance.
