i have a problme when trying to send mail on a windows nt 4.0 terminal edition. I looked at the problme and it seems as if it can't find the ini file. no matter what i do i can't fix the problem. i have tried installing everything several times.

I'm having the same problem it looks like php does noe use the %systemroot% variable correctly. Even if you install NT4 to c:\wtsrv php will not function. using iis 4.0. This is a bug and yes I have set cgi.force_redirect = 0
