Hi!

I reported this bug also to Apache's bug-db because I don't know if it is Apache or PHP-related.

I always enable the XBitHack-feature. On our new server-install (Apache 1.3.20 - again, XBitHack on), this feature causes files with the x-bit parsed via PHP instead of SSI !

PHP is only enabled for .php-files on our system. So, theoretically, .html and .htm shouldn't parsed by PHP.
But when I set the x-bit of one .html-file, I can write PHP code in the file and the code is parsed and executed by PHP!
On the other hand, if there is SSI-code in the file, it's NOT SSI-parsed (but it should)!
Very strange.
