I get a popup dialog often in Windows 2000 Advanced Server (and on all servers running PHP) using the CGI (not ISAPI) system, the following message:

title bar "php.exe - Application Error"

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000142). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Thank you.

The script started from the URL '/phpbb/search.php' with parameters 'search_id=unanswered&sid=a2c4961fcfd33f1008d3abf936cfa284' has not responded within the configured timeout period. The HTTP server is terminating the script.

This did not start happening until I upgraded to PHP 4.2.2 from 4.2.1, I cannot run 4.3 due to incompatibilities of certain software.
