result from following operation is 23 hours instead of expected 24:

echo ((StrToTime ('02-04-01') - StrToTime ('02-03-31')) / 3600)

everything seems to work, for example, in this case:

echo ((StrToTime ('02-04-02') - StrToTime ('02-04-01')) / 3600)
