I know, that Rasmus made the implementation for this function and that he used the header readouts from an imageinfo.c, but I'm missing the ability to identify TIFF images.
As i'm not firm with imageheaders, I'd like to ask someone to implement this feature.

Next version of read_exif_data will provide the information needed. So i think we can add a constant for TIFF and add support...
