When supplying the path to openssl and including the mcrypt option, the below failure occurs unless the opensslpath has a trailing slash.

checking for mcrypt support... yes
checking for mcrypt_module_open in -lmcrypt... no
checking for init_mcrypt in -lmcrypt... no

PHP version from

If you are able to reproduce the bug with one of the latest
versions of PHP, please change the PHP version on this bug report
