I can't use any extensions for PHP 4.1.0.
But I can use them in PHP 4.0.6.
The only different between both version on my system
are "php.exe" and "php4ts.dll" files.

PS: Make sure you replace all of the files, also the extensiosn including in the archive.

After replace all the files, it works.
