I want to rebuild PHP 4.1.0 with VC++, but I need some
C++ head files(.h), for example: 
arpa/*.h and netinet/*.h and other head files.
Can you help me?

Those file are available from a zip names win32build.zip and its mentioned somewhere int eh PHP FAQ (or install).
