I've tried to access some of the mirrors and they dont work.  Seems the sites dont exist.  I tried Australia and Austria (just out of curiosity).  Both got the equivalent of a http 404 error.

The mirrors you mentioned work fine for me. Might be a problem with your ISP or a network problem on your side.

Our servers are slown down because of the extreme interests
in the PHP 4.1.0 version. I personally experienced 
difficulties by visiting mirror sites, because
the DNS service is also heavily used. Please be a
bit patient... :)
