Dear Friends, 
     While i want to switch to singarpore intermedia network services's mirroring of PHP.net website,browser tries to download sg2.php.I think it is better to check the PHP configuration in that site.

The mirror has been removed from the list of active mirrors. You should use another mirror instead (i.e. sg.php.net) Thanks for the report.
