[at first...] I couldn't access the english-printable version of the manual
[http://www.php.net/manual/en/html/index.html] at/on the uk mirror 'uk.php.net'

although it exists at URL:
http://uk.php.net/manual/en/html/index.html

you don't get there from the link on :
http://uk.php.net/docs.php

which instead leads to :
http://www.php.net/search.php?show=nosource&pattern=manual%2Fen%2Fhtml%2F&sourceurl=http%3A%2F%2Fuk.php.net%2F

i had to change 'www' to 'uk' myself!

ps. the bugreporter also insists on a password although the page itself says this is optional!!!!!!
