I configured ODBC DSN for Oracle8 and IIS 5.0, but my php files always encounter "Microsoft ODBC for Oracle can't handle service" error message when execute odbc_connect, and the connect fails. While I can use this Oracle DSN through other applications such as Powerbuilder.
