I was wondering if you had a fix to the problem a lot of people have been receiving that is "PHP has encountered an Access Violation "?  Please get back to me as soon as possible...

"PHP has encountered an Acess Violation" is the most useless error a Windows box can give.
There is not enough information in this bug report, nor is there any bug reported.
