when fetch integer data from data result and
display it, it will only show two number, such
as 100 to 10, 101 to 10, 200 to 20, 3129 as 31, etc.

This problem has been solved in the current cvs tree. It is only a broblem for small and tiny integers where the buffe assigned for the output only was the size of the column in the databse and not the actual number of digits in the result.
