i had to format my hard drive 
when i got back online i get
this error res://c:\windows\system\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm
i cant  get on any page, need help
anything will be helpful

I can?t get any page from the web , allways appears : connecting with the site 127.0.0.1
and c:\windows\system\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm
