Script example not necessary for this one. Form input that used to work, doesn't anymore.  

Compiled with Apache 1.3 support and mysql support. 

No php3.ini file is used AFAIK. I didn't install any.

This is a matter of extreme urgency since several mission critical forms relies on this working.

Some sort of weird compile problem - fixed by a recompile
