could you please make your download script compatable with fetch?

its really retarded that people have to jump thru hoops just to simply download the newest source

having to download via a windows box...then transfer it to the server...or have X running with netscape....on a server...is just silly

the do_download.php script also serves to log the downloads.
 I would think it silly if all it did was redirect you, but
it doesn't just to that...

Fetch cannot handle redirects? It seems silly to me...
