It the OS field is cleared if there's an error in the bug
report (e.g. invalid email address). This is of course
a very tiny bug, but if my OS had a really long and
hard-to-type name it'd upset me. (I first put my email
addy as "carl AT thep.lu.se" and that's how I noticed it)
