Hello

I am behinde a firewall and try to download your packets.
Why the download needs port 8000 and not www or ftp?
Is it possible to change this ports?

thanks
Thomas

Hi Thomas,

Our main download server (www.php.net) is hosted on port 8080.

We have an array of mirror sites that allow you to download using http:// or ftp://, so if you go to the bottom of the page you will see there is a list of the mirror sites there. Select your nearest mirror and download from there.

Regards
--jm
