For Postgress, GD etc. there's a --with-pacakage=DIR option
but not for gdbm etc.
This creates a problem since the CPPFLAGS isn't as intuitive
as a --with-gdbm=DIR would've been. It's also an
exception if compared to the --with=psql etc. options.

With the new DBA stuff, you can use --with-gdbm now. Watch out for PHP 3.0.8.
