Tru64 & PHP and the file ext/sockets/sockets.c

In the line 1164, there is a parameter mismatch in the bind function!

PHP 4.0.5:
1164: ret = bind(Z_LVAL_PP(arg0),(struct sockaddr *) sa, sizeof(sa_storage));

'Right one is':
1164: ret = bind(Z_LVAL_PP(arg0),(struct sockaddr *) sa, length);

I can't use socket option whitout i.e. modification!

Changed. This will be fixed in PHP 4.0.6 but maybe
not in PHP 4.0.7 as the sockets extension has gone
through a huge rewrite..
