I receive that only on the new version of PHP and not on my Linux machine (with php 4.0.4pl1)

I can include a specific file but not from http.

Warning: php_hostconnect: connect failed in /appl/htdocs/xped-output.php on line 38

Warning: Failed opening 'http://32.203.99.36/xped-output.php?seq=0518&sort=' for inclusion (include_path='') in /appl/htdocs/xped-output.php on line 38
