I have used the example script in the documentation. Everything works fine but
I cannot upload files larger then 1MB

The message logged in the php logfile is :

PHP 3 Warning:  File Upload Error - No Mime boundary found after start of file header in C:\InetPub\wwwroot\fileman\upload\receive.php on line 14

I havenot changed any settings in the php3.ini except the upload dir. 
The engine runs as CGI under a IIS 4.0.
