it may concern

I have a problem with PHP 3 for Windows NT 4.0 with the 
Internet Information Server 4.0 (IIS). I installed as 
described. 

NOW I entered in my web browser:
          http://weserix/scripts/index2.php

the web browser returnd:
          Fatal error: Unable to open D:\inetpub\wwwroot/scripts/index2.php in - on line 0
No input file specified. 

please help me !
